Provincial Planning Statement 2024 Conformity Exercise

Norfolk County is undertaking an Update of the County’s Official Plan as part of the Provincial Planning Statement Conformity Exercise as specified under Section 26 of the Planning Act.

The project aims to align the Official Plan policies with provincial directions of the new Provincial Planning Statement that came into effect on October 20, 2024.
