In 2021, TCI Management Consultants was retained by Norfolk County to conduct a Museum Sustainability Study. The purpose of the study was to provide feedback on the Norfolk County Museums/Archives’ facilities, operations and programs. The information contained within this report will be used to inform a broader review of all corporate properties scheduled for 2022.




NOTE: The Museum Sustainability Study was completed while all sites were closed and had been for more than a year and most museum/archives staff redeployed to other business units within the corporation due to the global pandemic. In response to COVID-19, all interactive components had

In response to COVID-19, all interactive components had been removed from the museums to mitigate the spread of the virus and facility maintenance had been reduced to contain costs.
