Consultation has concluded
Help us shape the future of NorfolkCounty.ca
You are invited to participate in an online testing and evaluation exercise that will help shape the navigation and organization of our website, NorfolkCounty.ca, which is being redesigned.
To better understand how visitors access information on our website, we've put together a simple online feedback exercise that gives participants a series of tasks and asks them to navigate through a list of links to find the menu option they would use to complete the task. Examples include:
Find where you would learn how to apply for a building permit
Find the garbage collection schedule
This type of exercise gathers feedback that is used to improve and enhance the website’s navigation by examining what participants click on. Completing the tasks will take eight to ten minutes.
Watch for the new website launching later this year.
