Consultation has concluded
This notice is to provide public notification of the upcoming installation of a new storm sewer and curb and gutter on Factory Alley in Waterford. Norfolk County Engineering staff are seeking feedback from the community regarding the proposed location and configuration.
Design drawings have been provided for reference.

The scope of work will consist of the installation of a new storm sewer system. Curb and gutter will be also placed along the east side of Factory Alley to collect stormwater runoff.
Construction Schedule
The construction schedule will be finalized once the project is tendered and awarded to a Contractor. The tentative construction schedule is to start in July 2022 and continue to September 2022.
During the construction of this project, it is our intention to minimize the impact on your everyday life. If any special needs or requirements routinely occur during a day or week, we need to be made aware of them in order that the necessary arrangements can be made so that these needs can continue to be met during construction.
