Pre-construction survey of properties and structures adjacent to the work area will be completed by the Contractor. If the contractor deems an inspection of your property necessary, you may be contacted directly to arrange an inspection of your property.
The purpose of the inspection is to document the conditions of buildings prior to construction and to assist both the contractor and the property owner with any post-construction discussions.

During the construction of this project, it is our intention to minimize the impact on your everyday life. If any special needs or requirements routinely occur during a day or week, we need to be made aware of them in order that the necessary arrangements can be made so that these needs can continue to be met during construction.
Installation of a new sewage force main crossing Lynn River from the Bridge Street lift station to the existing force main at Grand Street, as well as decommissioning of the existing forcemain.
Two air release and cleanout chambers on each side of the river.
Possible sanitary sewer bypass pumping set-up to allow for construction and continued operation of the sanitary conveyance system.
