You are invited to take part in the 2024-2025 Seniors Active Living Centres Program Survey. We value your feedback and want to know what you think about the Delhi Friendship Centre (DFC) and the Simcoe Seniors’ Centre (SSC). Your input will help us make sure these centres meet your needs and are being used to their full potential. Please complete the survey based on which Centre you are a member of.

The Ontario Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility provides funding to Norfolk County to help run our two Seniors Active Living Centres (SALCs). This support is crucial for keeping our centres active and vibrant.

Accurate reporting and measuring the effectiveness of our programs are very important to the Ontario government. This commitment to transparency and accountability helps show these programs' benefits to our community. The results of this survey will be shared with the Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us! Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services and ensure our centres meet your needs.

As a token of our appreciation, please provide your email at the end of the survey to be entered into a draw to win your next annual membership!
