Example, large industry may avoid Norfolk county considering the many closures of the hwy 6 bypass and hwy 24 long term planning not in place. Access to the county needs to be assured.

On vacant land that already has infrastructure, build housing for seniors who don't drive or do not want to drive. They need to live within walking distance for grocery/drug/bank services. An apartment near Food Basics might increase business opportunities in the Town Centre. A 3-4 story condo in the Superstore parking lot may be another option.
