Where are the hazard lands that Councilor VanPassen was speaking of at the April 16th meeting? Is the hazard land the municipal drain or is it the Little Otter Creek. Hello! A motion was deferred and direction was given to staff to provide additional information regarding the lands west of Courtland. This was included in Staff's report on May 22, however, no direction was provided to change the lands identified in the proposed by-law to include that portion. No changes were made to the By-law as presented on the agenda for the May 22 meeting by council when they adopted the by-law. if you have more questions on this specific topic, please reach out to the project team directly at GROWNorfolk@norfolkcounty.ca. Thank you!
